HealthFirst was formed in 2008 by two British-trained doctors, Dr Michelle Wright and Dr Penny Fraser. They, and their team of British and American-trained nurses and midwives, share a passion for delivering health education and training in English across Switzerland.

- Health Screening Assessments offering individual consultations in the workplace, assessing cardiovascular risk factors and providing personalised health advice.
- Health Education including Health Seminars in the Workplace, Sex and Relationship Education for school students and Birth Preparation Courses for expectant parents.
